Do you want to combine your studies with practical experience in recruitment? As a Recruiting Assistant at Bravura, you will have a flexible part-time role where you support our recruiters in their daily work. You will be an important part of the process – from CV screening to searching and phone interviews. The role gives you great responsibility, the opportunity to influence, and the chance to develop in a dynamic environment!

As a Recruiting Assistant, your main task is to support recruiters in their daily work. What is prioritized may shift from day to day, sometimes even from hour to hour. Your tasks include CV screening, searching, conducting phone interviews, and handling some administration. During holiday periods, you will take on greater responsibility and may have the opportunity to cover entire recruitment processes and assignments. We work according to a competency-based recruitment methodology and you will receive a thorough introduction.

You have a great deal of responsibility and thus have good opportunities to influence both your and Bravura's development. The work is part-time, about 2 days a week, and you will combine the position with full-time studies during the semesters.

• Ongoing full-time university education, with at least 1-2 years left until graduation

• You express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

• Experience in a similar role within recruitment and/or the industry is an advantage
